Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding our vacation rentals in Santa Fe. Please contact us if you have any other questions that we did not answer for you.
Q: What is the check in/ out time?
A: Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM
Q: How do we get keys and information to get into the property we have rented?
A: We will email the arrival instructions to you when your reservation is completed that will give you all this information. You should expect this 10-14 days prior to your arrival.
Q: What if we need an early check in or late check out?
A: Please contact us 48 hours in advance to find out if an early check in or a late checkout is possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Q: Can we bring our dog?
A: Some of our properties do allow pets with prior written approval and additional pet fees. Please see the specific information on the website listing.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards.
Q: Do the properties have internet access?
A: Yes, all homes have internet access.
Q: Are linens provided?
A: Yes, all linens and towels are provided.
Q: Is there a washer and dryer available to use?
A: Yes, all of our Santa Fe Vacation Rentals have a washer and dryer available for our guests to use.
Q: Does the house have air conditioning?
A: Some homes have central air conditioning or evaporative cooling. Please check with us.
Q: Is daily housekeeping included?
A: We do not have daily housekeeping service included. However, if you would like extra housekeeping, please contact us. A full clean is required upon each tenant’s departure at tenant's expense and is charged in your initial reservation.
Q: What is required to reserve a home?
A: When you find the property you wish to reserve, call us at 1-505-819-0050. You may also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We require 50% at time of booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Q: Is smoking permitted?
A: All of our properties are Non-Smoking.

All personal information collected either by Applying Online or through an Agent with Maez & Company is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for contact and rental or billing purposes. No information is shared with outside parties except as necessary to fulfill your reservation.
Email addresses are used for correspondence as well as to receive our newsletter. These addresses are not used for any other purpose.

Terms and Conditions
To secure a reservation, we require one-half of the total amounts due at the time the lease is received. Full payment is due no less than 45 days prior to arrival. We currently accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. The reservation is not guaranteed until payment is received.
We include Security Damage insurance in lieu of a refundable security deposit. This coverage protects against accidental damages reported during your stay. Please inquire. In some cases, we do require a refundable security deposit depending on the property or the length of stay.
If Resident is unable or unwilling to take occupancy, Resident must notify Owner in writing and be received by Owner. In case of cancellation, no refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, taxes or other fees shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. No credits will be issued to Resident if he/she is unable or unwilling to take occupancy during the leased period as stated above. We offer Travel Insurance that will protect you in case of emergencies or even bad weather preventing you from travelling.
All properties are non-smoking at the request of the owners. Please be considerate and smoke outside in patio areas only. Smoking inside the property will be considered damage and will result in additional cleaning fees.
Most properties do not allow pets however; some owners will allow pets with an additional pet and cleaning fee. The pet must be authorized prior to completing the lease and will be noted in the lease. No pets will be allowed without prior approval. Any damage/extra cleaning resulting from your pet will be charged to your security deposit.
Arrival & Check In
Check in time is 4:00 pm or after. We will do our best to accommodate an early arrival based on the availability. We require at least a 48 Hour Notice for an early arrival. Check in is at the property. Once the reservation has been paid in full, you will receive a confirmation along with Arrival Instructions directing you to the property and information to access the property. Please let us know if you plan to arrival late and we will make sure the lights are on for you.
11:00 am: We will do everything possible to accommodate a late check-out providing property is not reserved. Please let us know if you need a later check out time prior to check-in.
Rates vary by season. During the Christmas/New Year’s weeks, there is a 7 night minimum required. Shorter stays will be considered if approved by owner of property.
Low Season: Jan. 2 – March 31st & November 1 – Dec. 18th
Mid-Season: April 1 – May 31st & September 1 – Oct. 31st
High Season : June 1st– Aug. 1st & December 18 – Jan. 2nd
Monthly rates available at substantial savings. Some properties require a 30-day minimum.
Lodger's tax (currently 7%) will be charged for stays of less than 30 nights. Gross Receipts Tax (Sales Tax) is charged on any length of stay and is currently 8.1875%
