Home Tending Services

Our care-taking prices vary depending on the frequency of visits, size of the home and location and which services you choose. Our basic visit starts at $75 each (minimum of 2 per month) and includes a thorough walk-through inspecting the home for any obvious problems, all doors and windows to make sure locked and secure, roof leaks, security alarm systems, heating/air conditioning, utility room, under sinks, flush toilets, interior and exterior lighting, check appliances and also the mailbox to remove and secure personal mail. We will randomly check the property each visit week to increase security.

If problems are found, we will contact the owner immediately. If the issue is an emergency such as a large water leak, we will shut the water off at the main to alleviate further damage until repairs can be done to fix the problem.
