There is a formal dining area that seats 4, fully-equipped kitchen offering electric cook-top, microwave, espresso maker, Fiesta ware and also a gas BBQ grill. There is a one car garage plus extra parking, an enclosed back yard if you bring your dog, enclosed brick courtyard area off the living room French doors, High Speed Internet & Evaporative Cooling. This is a Non-smoking home and is Pet Friendly - Dog only 50lbs or less. NO Cats.

We just ended a wonderful week in the Santa Fe area, made even more enjoyable by our stay at Casa de la Marta. The location was great—close to town but very secluded feeling. It was much larger than I expected based on the photos. We were there with our two young adult sons and it was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We cooked in several times and the kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer were very helpful too. The unit was a little tricky to find but check-in by lock box was very easy Maez and Company responded very quickly throughout. I highly recommend this Airbnb, and try to get to Bandelier National Monument and Tent Rocks!
